About Spain, sorry but I can´t say that. The scene is almost dead thanks to a savage repression. Having a fight is almost imposible, and if you have, be sure that you will be banned. You can earn a fine just for making a tiffo, for insulting a opponent or for shits like that. And the amounts are frightening: from 3.000 euros to 60.000. Because of that, there are some spanish groups that only travel in European competition. But not everyone can do this...

Well, in Argentina it is also almost impossible to have a fight. There is a massive police presence in the stadiums and around.
However, the barras bravas are still as large and powerful than before (maybe even more).
But for have a big fight, the AFA (Argentina Football Association) can remove points of your team or even make it down to a lower division. That made the violence fall.

Best ultras is from East Europe. Russian, Poland, Croatian, Serbian, Greek. This is frist leagune od Ultras. They have best mentality and very strong groups. Other Europe ultras now is not like before, Italian utras dont have mentality. In England support is fobidden. Spain and Portugal dont have seriosly ultras. Germany ultras just makes choreography but choreography dont sing. Nederland have ultras but they dont very good. French have very good ultras but they not strong. This is my opinion.
