Blau Weiss Linz (Blue White Linz) formerly known as Voest Linz was the team of the steelworkers in Linz (in 1938 Herman Göring found a big Steelwork, after the second WW the become property of the austrian gouverment) was found in 1947 and had to quit in 2005 (the had to make a fusion with Linzer ASK), some members of the board of Voest Linz found a new club called BLAU WEISS LINZ.
In it existance he was austrian champion in 1974, had some of the best hooligans in austria (sometimes better than the hooligans of austria vienna and rapid vienna), and the old hools had a friendship with the hools of rapid vienna (I think between 1983 and 1992 but I am not sure).
The old guys are named LINZER STAHLFRONT (Steelfront Linz) founded 1991, the younger guys are organized in the LINZER PYROMANEN, BLAUHELME LINZ, STAHLSTADTKOLLEKTIV.
The yonger guys have a friendship with Kickers Stuttgart and good connections with Regensburg and Vienna.
the older crew were political right wing, but the younger crew were left wing ultras.
maybe you´ve heard about the old hools from the year 1987 when Tottenham Hotspurs and Hajduk Split have to play in Linz a game, when the hools of Voest attacked the Yids Army and hurt some endlish lads. a few years later, the killed a cop during a derby against LASK or after that, I have to study my archive yet...
