In my country (Georgia) there is not developed football-fan...and please suggest me some ideas to improve ultra-groups...

Smoke bombs, cheap and effective!

just make original songs graffitis(good for marketing of group)and if u want do some smoke bombs or flayers

create materials
for example: t-shirts, hoody, scarves, banners, flags
and then create songs and the others are gong to come slowly

yeah and try bring as many supporters as you can in home matches first!

just go to a match with your friends..use same shirts with the club..then you can shout, sing, or make a move together...after that make banner or flag and merchandise to make interest other people in your country..
