I saw a little bit Pyro at the riots from Birmingham City against Aston Villa a few years ago, but I never heard from Pyro in England before. |

In my opinion the typically english way is much better and I hope and think that Ultra will not be the norm in british stadiums. |

I'm a fan of the ultra culture but a much bigger fan of the British culture. A few months ago I was watching a match in the FA Cup between some teams I think 4th division or something and instead of the beautifull Britsh chants all I could hear was for example the ''dale''. That kind of things break my heart, when I think about the UK I think about well dressed lads, great culture and beautifull chants. And about the pyro, some English fans use it in European matches or at away games... |

And about the pyro, some English fans use it in European matches or at away games... Thank you. I think the British way of Support is better than the Ultra-Support, because it goes better with the running match. All in all you have probably more support and songs in other countries with teams, wich have got Ultras, but I think often it isn't reflecting the running game. In my opinion a lot of Ultras are not very interested in football and they are just in a ultra group or at the matches, becuase they like the movement of the ultras but don't love the team. Further people aren't very well versed in Ultra, but they wear the typical ultra clothing and say they are Ultras, because Ultra is a trend in the moment. The last two sentences are my opinion about a lot of "Ultras" here in Germany. I was on Millwall vs. Lecester in December 2010 and since the match I'm in love with the British football scene. The fans are very interested in the match on the field and when they sing, large parts of the viewers singen for the team. |

The fans are very interested in the match on the field and when they sing, large parts of the viewers singen for the team. Are you a second version of me? I share all the words on your comment! It's sure that lot's of lads want to be in a ultra group just to be a ultra, you can see that when the team is 0-5 or something behind, if that is happening I would love to hear a chant like ''You'll Never Walk Alone'' or a song where the fans sing they stand behind the team no matter what. You have to feel like shit what that kind of score, but some ultras are jumping happy and and bouncing on their drums like they won the cup. On such moment I'm like what the fuck are you doing? They don't care about the team then. At Feyenoord we have a English atmosphere with a bit of ultra in it like pyro. I love that, currently watching Everton - Blackburn Rovers btw, love the football. |

| We are a Club in the 5. Divison, but before we were from 1996 until 2011 every year in the third or second division. A few years ago, the support was a typical ultra support with a lot of "lalala" and "ohoho" but the last 1, 2 years the is even more old school support and when the team playes very bad, there is bad support or songs to animate the team to fight.
I cannot understand why a lot of peole sing happy songs and melodies, when there team is losing or very bad at play.

| Glad to hear the atmosphere is growing at your team mate. It's so much better to sing the songs of your club, your own club instead of singing what half Europe is singing. You have to know when it's enough, happy faces when the club is down to a few goals are not done. Then you don't care about the club at all. Same when Feyenoord lost a match I was in the tram going home when I saw some people joking around me, at those times I wonder what the fuck they are doing! |
